Festoon Globe

Description

Festoon globes, or festoon bulbs, are commonly used in cars for interior and exterior lighting. They are often found in dome lights, license plate lights, trunk lights, and other areas where general illumination is needed.

A festoon globe is cylindrical in shape with a pointed cap on each end. These points provide the electrical contact that powers the globe, giving illumination through a filament or diode.
